The White House Nursery is thrilled to announce the opening of our new site over in the Hilton area which launched on the 8th January 2023.
The changes from the past to the present are remarkable, and after months of dedicated effort, we take immense pride in the results. The impact from our open day has been exceptional with places quickly filling up and receiving some great feedback.
We now have a fantastic team in place of passionate individuals who are devoted to creating a safe, stimulating environment for your children to grow, flourish and exceed in all aspects of development.
BABY ROOM (0-2 YEARS)
The first floor of the building is dedicated to our baby unit. The main play area features a carpeted section for reading and activities, along with a hard floor area for messy play and meals. A designated astro turf zone at the back includes climbing equipment for safe exploration indoors. Additionally, a separate sleep room ensures a quiet resting place for the little ones. The baby unit is equipped with a nappy changing station, kitchenette, and air conditioning. Our resources are carefully designed to foster natural curiosity and creativity in babies through awe and wonder.
TODDLER ROOM (2-3 YEARS)
Our toddler room features a spacious carpeted play area, perfect for activities such as role play, small-world exploration, and soft play. The adjoining hard floor area, complete with tables and chairs, is a designated spot for shared mealtimes and craft activities. The toddler unit also includes a dedicated space for nappy changing and a children's bathroom, influencing self-care skills and independence. Toddlers also have direct access to their own garden through the patio doors.
PRESCHOOL ROOM (3-5 YEARS)
Our preschool room is designed for young explorers, providing bags of space for both group activities and independent play. With creative zones, a carpeted playroom, and a reading space, children can freely explore their interests throughout the day. The room includes a children's bathroom, convenient coat pegs for essential school skills, and direct access to a spacious outdoor garden through patio doors.
Kirsty Doyle (Nursery Manager) and Luke Wright (Nursery Deputy) have worked for The White House Nursery for many years. They are so excited for starting this journey and will without a doubt strive in providing a professional, high quality service to you all.
