I opened The White House Nursery Group nearly 40 years ago, and I oversee the running of the business with the support from the Directors. 

 I am responsible for business development, commerical contracts and company infrastructure.

 I manage our accounts department to balance books, master spreadsheets, crunch numbers, and keep our finances fabulously on point.

I support our managers to recruit for our fantastic nursery teams and enhance employee well-being, as well as supporting the Directors and Nursery Managers with the ongoing operations of the business.

 I’m responsible for all our White House Nursery branding, design and print, photography, videography, the running of our social media channels and our website.

I am the first point of contact for our HR team - from onboarding new starters, supporting our team with HR queries and co-ordinating the payroll for the business.

 I am responsible for the day to day running of our nursery settings ensuring our high standards are upheld. 

I oversee multiple sites, including Hilton, Alvaston and Alfreton, working  alongside the nursery Managers and Deputies to support and assist in their day to day running of the nurseries. 

I oversee our Borrowash, Shirland, Kids Club and Oakwood sites, working  alongside the nursery management team to support and assist in their day to day running of the nursery settings.

 I run our in-house practitioner training academy and oversee external training as well as our practitioners continued professional development.

 I keep our finances on track with a strategic and customer-focused approach! I manage the inputting of payments and recover outstanding balances, while maintaining positive client relationships. 

 I keep our nurseries safe  and welcoming by fixing, maintaining, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for your little ones!
