SENIOR NURSERY PRACTITIONER

The role of the Senior Nursery Practitioner is to support and provide inclusive teaching and learning opportunities for all children attending White House. To support staff in organising the environment inside and out to ensure resources and equipment are available and appropriate to meet the needs of the individual children in the room. These activities will take into account children’s abilities, interests, language and cultural backgrounds. To provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for all
children which is enjoyable and enriches their learning, growth and development. This role involves the supervision of all staff, students and visitors who work as part of the team.

SENCO

We’re looking for a full-time SENCO/Nursery Practitioner who plays a central role in ensuring our setting meets statutory requirements under the SEND Code of Practice and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, helping all children to thrive, learn, and achieve their potential. This role will be split between office and room based.

QUALIFIED NURSERY PRACTITIONER

We’re looking for level 2 or 3 qualified individuals who have a strong understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding. Your role will be to support the growth and development of every child in our care, ensuring their safety, happiness, and individual needs are always prioritised.

NURSERY ASSISTANTS - MEAL TIME COVER

This role involves assisting at mealtimes (Monday - Friday), whilst also ensuring our high standards of care are upheld at all times. We welcome you to can apply for just one shift or combine two (with a break in between) if you're looking for more hours.

Breakfast Cover: 7.15am - 10.15am,

Lunchtime Cover:  11:00am – 2:00pm
Teatime Cover: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

NURSERY APPRENTICE

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to enrol on our apprenticeship programme. You will be working with nursery children ages 0-5 assisting with all aspects of nursery life whilst working towards gaining your childcare qualification.

NURSERY/DEPUTY MANAGER

​As part of the nursery management, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality childcare services for families utilising the nursery. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the provision of a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children. You will also be responsible
for leading a team of dedicated staff and maintaining the nursery's compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
